How do I change my Event Entry?

If you need to change your event entry on Entry Place, follow these steps:

I've entered an event and received a Confirmation Email

  • Find the confirmation email you received when you registered for the event. It will begin with the subject "Booking Confirmed" or "Entry Confirmed".
  • Reply to this email with the details of the changes you need.
  • The event organiser can make changes like misspellings or email address changes BUT they may limit changes to classes before the event. Best to send an email and find out.

I mistyped the Email or don't have a Confirmation Email

If you used the wrong email when you registered, contact the event organiser directly through the contact details on the event page and request them to change your email address.

Contact the Event Organiser

  • From the Entry Place home page or the organiser website, navigate to the Entry Place event page.
  • Look under the Event Contact heading for the contact details of the event organiser.
  • Reach out to the organiser directly and request the changes you need.
