Entry Place is a platform for Clubs and Organisations to take entries and promote their events as well as take payments for memberships and keep contacts informed. We offer a robust set of features to streamline event management, from initial setup to final payout, ensuring efficient handling of entries, payments, notifications, and communications.

Here's an overview of all of the features on the Entry Place platform:

📅 Events

Build an Event: Configure basic details (name, date, location).

Entry Settings: Customise entry settings, pricing (individual, family), and classes.

Licenses: Manage various licenses (MA License, Paper Book Licence, No Licence).

Notifications: Customise notifications for each team member.

Products and Questions: Capture additional information on your entry form or from each entrant. Add purchasable items (shirts, caps, camping).

View Entrants: Grouped by class.

Manage Entry Forms: View and edit details, resend entry form emails, change classes/entrant details, view payment details.

Refunds: Issue partial or full refunds and include custom messages with your refunds.

Payment Management: View a list of all payments including fees and refunds.

Event Dashboard: Monitor event status, entry forms, takings, and payouts.

Reports: Breakdown of total entrants by class.

Secure Payments: We use the Aussie Payment Provider Pin Payments and pass on their low fees for Australian organisations.

Add your bank details: We pay out event entries to Australian bank accounts 3 days after the event, typically on a Wednesday.

Get paid early: If you need access to funds earlier, contact us.

🏢 Invite your Organisation

Bring your entire team or committee onboard: Invite team members to help manage events, manage members, or communicate with any contacts.

Roles for everyone: Choose from Admin, Limited, or Custom roles with permissions to ensure everyone can contribute effectively.

Centralised Management: Manage all aspects of your club or organisation from a single platform. Oversee events (including multi-session events), memberships and communications with ease.

📣 Contacts/Email Campaigns

Contact Management: Keep all of your contacts, including members, event entrants, and other stakeholders. Easily tag contacts for better organisation and segmentation.

Email a few people or hundreds: Create and manage email campaigns — send bulk personalised emails using your tagged contacts or members.

Automated Emails: You can also automatically send an email to everyone who enters an event, including attachments like important documents or additional forms to complete.

🗓️ Multi-Session Events at your venue

Session Management: Add dates for regular/recurring sessions, collect session bookings, and add rosters for staff and volunteers.

Check-ins: Limit check-ins at your venue to members and charge for one-day memberships.

Supervisor Views: Allow your staff or volunteers to monitor who has checked into a session.

Square Integration: For our newer sessions, we use Square, which requires you to have your own Square account, which you can also use for Point of Sale with Square Hardware.

🪪 Memberships

Plans: Create and manage different membership plans (families or individuals) tailored to your organisation’s needs. Track membership statuses, renewals, and expirations.

Member Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of all members. Easily add, edit, or remove members, and monitor their participation in events and sessions.

Team Collaboration: Invite team members to assist with membership management. Delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient handling of member-related tasks.

Digital Membership Cards: Give members a digital card they can store on their phone to see their membership, check in to sessions, or see upcoming events.

Supervisor Memberships: From their digital membership card, a supervisor gets additional features to see who is checked into sessions.

Lifetime Memberships: Reward members who have given many years of time and work to your club, with a free lifetime membership.

Square Integration: Simplify payments for memberships by integrating with Square. This allows for seamless payment processing and session payments directly through the platform.
